Our hotel now rents bikes, ideal for exploring the Limburg Voer Valley and the beautiful surroundings in our (quiet) neighborhood. We have chosen high-quality e-bikes from QWIC that will take you through the picturesque area around our estate or to the cities of Liège and Maastricht. To master the rough landscape and longer distances, Touring e-bikes with a range of up to 140 kilometres are waiting for you in our bike hotel. This top model of QWIC comes with the unique full colour LCD display, where you can find all the important information.
In the region of Landgoed Altenbroek many different cycling routes are accessible, where you can admire the most beautiful views by bicycle. The Voer region has beautiful scenery that is easily accessible by bicycle. If you want to make a day of it, historic Maastricht is only 13 kilometers away. Besides the beautiful architecture and the river Meuse, there are several terrace alternatives, such as the Vrijthof and the 'Onze Lieve Vrouwen Plein’'. With our e-bikes, Liège is also accessible. There are several monuments, palaces, and museums to see in this French-speaking city. After completing the bike tours, you can taste the culinary talents of our chefs in the restaurant and then spend the night in one of our luxury accommodations. Great news! Especially for our sporty guests, we have put together a 3-day walking and cycling package with 2 overnight stays. For example, you can make a sportive tour in the Voer region and surroundings, followed by a 3-course menu and a delicious breakfast with a starting price of €265, - per person per day. Furthermore, we provide a packed lunch for the road so that your own battery stays charged while visiting the area. We also provide you with a walking guide and the possibility to rent one of the e-bikes at our hotel with bike rental.

The cobblestones in the courtyard and the many steps and stairs in and around the building make the Altenbroek Estate not very suitable for people who are less mobile.
As a guest of the Altenbroek Estate, you can enjoy the facilities of the hotel as well as the beautiful scenery around the hotel. There are several seating areas on our estate, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature.
